About Cornish Bakery
Cornish Bakery is an artisan bakery in Lincoln town centre, found at 9-12 Cornhill, Lincoln, LN5 7HE. Expect craft-led baking rather than mass-produced lines. It is one of 69 Cornish Bakery locations we list across the UK.
Opening hours for this Cornish Bakery branch are not in the sources we use. Chain branches usually keep regular high-street hours, but times vary by location, so check before a special trip. At its most recent food hygiene inspection on 14 April 2026, Lincoln City gave the business a rating of 5 out of 5 – the highest mark on the scale.
If you are coming by train or tube, Lincoln station is roughly a 3-minute walk. 8 other bakeries sit within about ten minutes' walk, which makes Lincoln Centre a good area to compare loaves and cakes.
